2. Acceptable Use and Content Ownership

Our extension is a tool designed to help creators repurpose their own content. By using this service, you agree that:

  • You will only process videos that you own or have explicit permission/license to modify and redistribute.
  • You will not use the service to commit copyright infringement or piracy.
  • You will not use the service to create deceptive content, deepfakes, or Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII).

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any user found violating these rules, and we comply fully with DMCA takedown requests.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer premium features via Starter and Pro subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of monetization, or suspension of your YouTube account.

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We may also adjust subscription prices with prior notice to active subscribers.
